Our couriers impose surcharges to deliveries to certain destinations. Delivery charges to surcharged zones are for a box up to 20kg and charges increase at 50p per kilo thereafter.

We can ship our products worldwide. For many countries you can obtain an accurate delivery price at the checkout, but for some destinations you may need to contact us for a delivery quote before you order, or place your order and receive a quote afterwards. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer a wide choice of options. Our cheapest Standard Delivery to UK Mainland option starts at just £9.50 +VAT (£11.40 inc. VAT) and covers most UK addresses.
Are there any hidden costs?
Most UK orders placed online are charged delivery at a flat rate and there are no other charges. We'll show you a delivery price estimate at the basket, but you will need to enter your postcode for the confirmed price as some couriers do charge more to deliver to certain areas.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK Delivery takes 2-4 days. Deliveries to UK addresses in surcharge zones, including the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and elsewhere usually take longer than stated times.
At what time will my POS delivery arrive?
Our couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. If you would like to select your chosen delivery day and delivery time, please contact us prior to ordering.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland. Prices start at £25+VAT as couriers shipping to Northern Ireland route parcels via Ireland first.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we provide delivery prices at the checkout for common delivery destinations. At present we're unable to provide shipping estimates for every destination at the time of ordering. We'll contact you with the delivery cost after your order has been placed.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free UK Standard Delivery is available for online orders when you spend over £150+ VAT (£180 inc. VAT) on goods.
Do you offer palletised delivery?
Yes, large orders will be palletised for kerbside delivery. Please contact us if your order requires palletisation so we can arrange this.
What does kerbside delivery mean?
Kerbside delivery means that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure.
All pallets are NON-RETURNABLE, it is your responsibility to dispose of the pallet(s).
Can I select a Saturday, am or specific day delivery?
Yes, Saturday delivery is available via our Premium Delivery option. You can select from either delivery any time up to 6pm on Saturday, or opt for pre-noon delivery.
Can I get same day delivery?
Yes, same day delivery is available for some UK destinations. Please contact us for more information.
